As of Wednesday’s data, Manila has already deployed 229 doses of the Sputnik V vaccine.

The total number of vaccines received so far by Manila LGU is 144,159, of which 123,309 are Sinovac vaccines, 17,850 are from AstraZeneca, and 3,000 of Sputnik V.

“Hinihikayat ko rin po ang lahat ng mga interesado magpabakuna na mag pre-register sa www.manilacovid19vaccine.ph para sa mas mabilis at episyenteng vaccination process (I encourage everyone interested to receive the vaccine to pre-register via www.manilacovid19vaccine.ph for a faster and more efficient vaccination process),” Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso posted on Facebook.

Domagoso added that while the city government will not stop finding ways to mitigate the spread of the virus, residents must adhere to minimum health and safety protocols, especially in public places. (PNA)
