The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Sunday reported three more Filipinos recovering from the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), pushing the total figure of recovered cases to 8,820.
In its latest case bulletin, the DFA said the new recovered cases were from the Americas.
The agency added that the total number of confirmed Covid-19 cases still stood at 13,779 and the death total remains 945.
Meanwhile, about 4,017 overseas Filipinos (OFs) are still undergoing treatment.
“The DFA remains fully committed to monitoring the situation of overseas Filipinos who are affected by the pandemic and remains steadfast in promoting and protecting their welfare,” an advisory read. (PNA)
