Carmina Villarroel and Zoren Legaspi – Beach House in Nasugbu, Batangas

Katrina Halili – Palaoyu Beach Resort

Katrina Halili made a debut on the screen when she joined the popular reality show in GMA Network, StarStruck. She may be one of the most controversial before because of the scandal but at least she is controversial now because of her success.

Katrina Halili bought a resort in one of the most breathtaking places in the Philippines, El Nido Palawan. Known as the “Pa-lao-yu Beach Resort”, which means “land of the beautiful harbor” in the Chinese, the beach resort is a mini-hotel with a shop that offers diving equipment. Aside from the resort, Katrina also invested in a 15-hectare farm; a small rice field and a piggery which is also found in El Nido, Palawan.

Robin Da Roza and Maffy Soler – Soler Sea Seaside Resort

Robin Da Roza is one of the popular actors in showbiz during the 1990s. While Maffy Soler is the daughter of Jun Soler and Raquel Monteza who are both former actors and actress. The couple got married in the year 2016.

In 2007, at the age of 25, Iza Calzado co-partnered with his friend Tim Yap in managing the Tides Hotel in Boracay. In her interview, Iza Calzado shared how happy she is that a part f her investment was invested in a business particularly a hotel.

She also shared that she invested almost a million for the resort. The Tides in Boracay is a 60-room resort located in the most popular area of Boracay at the heart of D’Mall station 2. Upon opening the hotel, it had garnered recognition such as 2011 Best Beach Resort Hotel by the Top Brand Awards and the 2009 Consumers Choice Award for the Most Outstanding Luxury Destination Hotel. The Tides Hotel was also cited as one of the 44 Places To Go in 2009 by the prestigious New York Times.
