Heart Evangelista’s marriage is one for the books. Before she and then-fiance Chiz Escudero tied the knot, her parents spoke out to the media about her being a “victim” in their relationship.
According to her mom, Cecile Ongpauco, Heart is “easily swayed by people who prey on her insecurities and lack of confidence.”
Chiz and Heart got married in Balesin on February 15, 2015 (a day after Heart’s 30th birthday). Months later, Chiz and Heart went to Cecille’s birthday celebration.
