KC Concepcion, is an actress and singer who has a heart for the betterment of the world. KC is the National Ambassador Against Hunger of the United Nations’ World Food Program.
KC being the ambassador against hunger of the UNWFP allowed her to travel to Uganda and Nepal to learn and gain insight on how the organization operates in different countries.
Born with pure heart to help people in need, KC created a social enterprise, KC’s Closet, that still continues to be a partner of the UN World Food Program in providing hot meals to Filipino children.
KC had already shared her thoughts during a talk in the Global Youth Summit that you don’t have to be a celebrity nor be a rich individual to be able to care about something and make a change in the community.
As a matter of fact, KC is also an active ambassador of the Philippine National Red Cross under fighting hunger and poverty.
