“On the Job” Training is all about learning the rudiments of a particular job – being trained to do a job, as it were. Which also means, the student will get to experience how it’s like to work in a real-work environment.

ACTUAL SCENARIO: “Sir, I am not familiar with what you are asking me to do, can I just a have different job na lang? Also, can I come in late, I can work naman until late evening. Evening person kasi ako”
