To say that the late Fernando Poe Jr. is an icon to Filipinos everywhere is an understatement. FPJ embodied toughness, coolness, and suave in every action film he was in, all while beating up bad guys without breaking a sweat.
FPJ was so great that his famous “Hoy Ikaw!” line can still be seen floating everywhere as memes on the internet. There’s even another version of the meme with Mayor Alfredo Lim saying the line.
