7. Push Ups

Doing push-ups is a great alternative, if you do not have dumbbells at home. Do this before and after you go to bed to begin pumping your chest muscles, while toning your arms and core muscles in the process.

You can also elevate this by using a chair, bench, or your bed, for include and decline push-up sets.
