8. A family that works out together, stays together

Working out is a huge step to a healthier life, but it wasn’t easy. After a week or two, you get tired and you need some support to keep you going. The Heussaffs don’t only workout with their hubbies and wifies. They workout together as a family. They push each other to stay fit and healthy and they even do it with their friends.
