P-Pop group BGYO adds a heady dose of kilig to the upcoming and highly anticipated generational series “He’s Into Her” starring Belle Mariano and Donny Pangilinan as the group released the show’s theme song on Spotify last Friday (April 23).

The song was composed, written, and produced by Jonathan Manalo and Gabriel Tagadtad and will be part of a soundtrack that will be released soon.

The series “He’s Into Her” is based on a popular Wattpad series of the same title. It is about a provincial lass who struggles to fit in a new school. There, she meets the alpha of their academy, Deib Lohr, played by Donny, who will make her school life difficult until he develops an affection for her.

BGYO is one of the country’s rising stars in the P-Pop music landscape. Composed of Gelo, Akira, JL, Mikki, and Nate, BGYO has been a consistent trending topic on all social media platforms.

“The song will make listeners fall in love again,” Gelo said.

Prior to recording the series’ theme song, BGYO debut single “The Light” garnered more than 3M views on YouTube and Facebook since it was released last January 29.

Since their debut, the group has been a mainstay in “ASAP Natin ‘To” and regularly goes on livestreams on kumu.

The song has generated excitement among followers of BGYO who have been continuously sharing their sentiments on the single, which has been constantly landing as a trending topic on social media.
