Filipinos are known for singing magnificently even though their voices crack or not. They are open to showcase their ability to sing despite of how good or how bad they are going to sound. There are famous Filipino singers who are known worldwide such as; Charice Pempengco, Regine Velasquez, Lea Salonga, KZ Tandingan and many more.
‘I Can See Your Voice’ is a game show originated in Korea which the Philippines adopted. The show airs on Saturdays and Sundays at 9:30 PM. The program will invite different celebrity singers to guess if the person is a SEE-nger o SEE-ntonado. The celebrity guest can ask the SING-vestigator to help him/her while judging. Sephy Francisco
Sephy Francisco is a singer in weddings, birthday or debut. She said that, challenges in life is not a hindrance to her to achieve her goals and progress in life. Sephy also joined the Korean ‘I Can See Your Voice’ and surprised popular Korean idols such as: Super Junior members, Leeteuk and Shindong.
On October 14, 2017, Sephy joined ‘I Can See Your Voice’ and sang ‘The Prayer’ by Andrea Bocelli and Celine Dion. Judges was shocked with her voice since at first, she sang in a guy tone then lately sang in a girl tone. Even the audience were amazed with her powerful performance and captivated them.
John Andrew Manzano
John Andrew Manzano, a 27 year old musician, varsity basketball player, singer. He stated that his grandfather who passed away is his inspiration and his idol. Now, he is a hotel lounge singer together with his girlfriend.
On December 23, 2017, Manzano joined ‘I Can See Your Voice’. Vice Ganda and sang ‘Dahil Mahal Na Mahal Kita’ by Roselle Nava. Judges were so impressed with his voice and charisma when he sang. It was a very heart warming and emotional performance and it is well performed.
Allan Ang
Allan Ang experienced plenty of challenges in his life, his mother left them and in a young age his father left them. His aunt raise his, and eventually he decided to earn his own money. He became a make-up sales promo dicer. He was known as ‘bouncer diva’ because of his body built and his amazing voice.
On November 25, 2017, Allan A joined ‘I Can See Your Voice’ and sang ‘Kunin Mo Na And Lahat Sa Akin’ by Angeline Quinto. Judges were so happy and amazed that he sang Angeline Quinto’s hit knowing that it is high pitched and he nailed his performance.
Granny Misalucha
Granny Misalucha is a band singer when she was in college, there she met her husband. Her band decided to go abroad but she didn’t come with them since she wanted to have a complete family. She focused on taking care of her family until her husband died. For her income, she decided to sell siomai and sing in a funeral.
On October 15, 2017 episode of ‘I Can See Your Voice PH’. Jona dubbed as ‘Tabing Ilog Sweetheart of Davao’ joined her on stage singing one of her hits which is ‘Maghihintay Ako’. Even though she gave up singing in the past now she is ready to pursue her dream and make her children and grandchildren proud. In that performance, yes the judges was shock and Jona was happy when she sang. She truly made her children and grandchildren proud of her.
Andrea Montealto
Andrea Montealto started vlogging at 18 years old, she started working in 2014 and became a virtual assistant and customer service ambassador. In an early age she became a breadwinner to her family, she provided them their; medicines for her father and her siblings’ education.
On February 11, 2018 episode of ‘I Can See Your Voice PH’. Piolo Pascual dubbed as ‘The Ultimate Heartthrob’ joined her on stage singing one of his hits with Sarah Geronimo which is ‘Paano Ba Magmahal?’. She showed an exceptional duet with Piolo Pascual as if she was Sarah Geronimo singing the song.
Marjorie Balasbas
Marjorie Balasabas is a production or meeting operator. She expresses her feelings through singing and very happy about it. She also stated that, all the mean things that she can hear about her makes her strong.
On October 15, 2017 episode of ‘I Can See Your Voice PH’ Zsa Zsa Padilla dubbed as ‘The Country’s Divine Diva’ joined her on stage singing one of her hits which is ‘Hiram’. Even though she was bullied from being a member of LGBT community but it didn’t became a hindrance to her to continue singing and expressing herself. She amazed the judges with her voice and prove them that she can really sing.
Sidony Calleja
Sidony Calleja is a single mother, freelance make-up artist and wishes to win so that she can sustain the needs of her child, Ella. She is a loving mother who wants to make her daughter happy and be able to undergo operation in her spinal cord.
On October 28, 2017 episode of ‘I Can See Your Voice PH’ Jake Zyrus formerly known as Charice Pempengco dubbed as ‘The Most Talented Girl in the World’ joined her on stage singing ‘Hiling’. Sidony Calleja proved the judges that she can sing and showcased her voice and performance with Jake Zyrus.
Mara Santos
Mara Santos is a make-up artist and a former tattoo artist. She is also a singer in a band and wants to prove to the people that she can achieve whatever she wants in life.
On November 5, 2017 episode of ‘I Can See Your Voice PH’ KZ Tandingan dubbed as ‘The Soul Supreme’ joined her on stage singing ‘Two Less Lonely People In The World’. Mara Santos’ soothing voice amazed the judges as she sings KZ Tandingan’s hit. Mara Santos performance gave them chills that they were touched with her spectacular performance.
Vilmark Viray
Vilmark Viray is a licensed electronic engineer, an on-call singer for funerals and currently taking his master’s degree. After achieveing his goal of being an licensed electronics engineer, his next goal is to be a known singer in the music industry.
On November 11, 2017 episode of ‘I Can See Your Voice PH’ Nina dubbed as ‘The Asia’s Soul Siren’ joined him on stage singing ‘Someday’. Vilmark Viray’s duet with the Soul Siren suits the whole song and left the judges with awe and proving his talent to them.
Nicole Parada
Nicole Parada, a call center agent from Batangas, City. She joined in the season 1 of The Voice Philippines joining coach Bamboo’s team but, unfortunately she was eliminated in during the battle stage. She dreamt of being an artist and to have her album so that, she can help her family.
On October 14, 2017 episode of ‘I Can See Your Voice PH’ Jessa Zaragoza dubbed as ‘the Phenomal Diva’ joined her on stage singing ‘Di bat Ikaw’. Nicole Parada’s performance of Jessa Zaragoza’s hit left them shocked people even commented that her voice is beautiful and they fell involve with her voice.
