Vice President Leni Robredo on Friday, July 3, visited sewing groups in Bulacan, which are part of her office’s local production of protective suits for frontliners.

These groups include the Kababaihang Lingkod Barangay ng San Rafael (Kabalingay) in the town of San Rafael, where locally produced PPE suits are made by a sewing community in Brgy. Pulong Bayabas, one of the poorest towns in the municipality; a sewing community composed of mothers and youth under the Mother Laura Gertrude Seland Foundation, Inc. in the town of Sta. Maria; and MegaLeaf Enterprise, a family-owned clothing manufacturing company in the municipality of Obando.
