Vice President Leni Robredo spoke at the Istorya ng Pag-asa Special Edition: Community Based Drug Rehabilitation

(CBDR) Summit, held at the Shrine of Our Lady of Grace Parish in Caloocan City on Thursday, January 16, 2020.
