Last year, Backbone Labs released the Backbone One, which is arguably the best iPhone gaming controller currently available. That controller may now be used with a larger range of devices, including Android phones.

However, it will not work exactly as expected and will require the purchase of a new Backbone Plus subscription. Backbone+ is a new subscription service that compliments one of the best mobile game controllers.

This section explains how the controller works. Through a Lightning connection on the controller’s right side, the Backbone One is designed to handle an iPhone in landscape mode. You can’t just plug an Android device into the controller’s Lightning port to use it with the Backbone One. Instead, you must select the device type in the Backbone app’s settings menu, and then connect the device to the controller using a Lightning-to-USB connection, as the Backbone One has a Lightning port.

When completely extended, the controller will fit any iPhone running iOS 13 or later, beginning with the iPhone 6S. It’s ideal for games on the Apple Arcade that support controllers.

Along with a couple of updated features, Backbone+ subscribers will receive special perks, including free months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and early access to future service updates.

Moreover, Backbone+ will cost approximately PHP 200 per month, whereas Backbone one will cost roughly PHP 5000 and may be purchased directly from Backbone’s website.
