Regardless of your occupation, the coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) has greatly taken a toll on everybody’s lifestyles. Hence the introduction of the term ‘new normal’ to curb the transmission of the pandemic. Due to this, Filipinos are now in the process of being accustomed to the ‘new normal’.

Each of us have different ways to adapt to this new way of living.

Brother Monchito “Monching” El Bueno is a preacher from Cainta, Rizal, who owns a lights-and-sound family business.

Since events are taking a break to comply with the physical distancing protocol, their source of income will do as well.

Thanks to Monching’s brother-in-law, who works at a health and beauty shop, he found the means to support a family of 6 amid the global health crisis.

His wife, Mia Bueno, also revealed in an interview that they have a bunch of vehicles dedicated for the business, so they offered theirs to be used as the employees’ shuttle of the shop.

As a way to express gratitude to the store, the preacher gives away free snacks and has filled the service with encouraging Bible verses.

Mia couldn’t be prouder of this and honored her partner through a Facebook post that has garnered 34K reactions and 38K shares as of press.

Majority of the netizens have been praising the service driver because of this good deed.
