Singer-actress Pau Palacio’s new bop “Used To Do” featuring American singer-songwriter Delly Flay is crossing borders, landing on Spotify’s New Music Friday Regional playlists in various countries in Asia after its digital release.

“Happy to share with you guys that #UsedToDo is now included in Spotify’s International Playlist and is now streaming in 8 countries: Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong since last Friday,” Pau wrote on Instagram.

The track, which puts a spotlight on the attempt to rescue and recharge a romance going downhill by remembering the good things about the relationship, was also positively received by Filipino listeners.

“Sobrang ganda, ang sarap pakinggan at ulit-ulitin,” commented Mark Morato on YouTube.

“Ang ganda ng song saka ang catchy! Buti meron na nito sa YouTube. Ganda talaga ng boses ni Ms. Pauline kahit sa other covers niya. Good work po sa inyo both!” said Jhon Paul.

Pau, alongside Young JV, Yeliee, and King Murph, is one of the artists under ABS-CBN Music International’s new urban pop and hip-hop label “Not So Famous (NSF).” As a singer, she has already performed on a number of big events, including the successful 1MX Manila Concert in 2019.

Delly Flay on the other hand is an independent rapper, singer, songwriter, and music producer hailing from Staten Island, New York. He has already worked with hip-hop personalities like Ty Fyffe, AZ, and Shy Boogs, and has since taken his endeavors abroad, thus his collaboration with Pau for this song.

The encouraging response to “Used To Do” across Asia is in line with ABS-CBN Music International’s objective of producing music that reaches both local and global audiences.
