According to a story from Hong Kong Free Press, Hong Kong will be banning dine-in at restaurants and will make wearing masks mandatory in outdoor public places.

The Hong Kong Executive Council approved of the said measures due to an increase in the coronavirus death rate in Hong Kong by two more people, one of which being a 76-year-old female and the other is a 92-year-old male at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Yau Ma Tei, resulting to a total of 20 deaths with 2,633 infections.

The 76 years old female patient who has a chronic disease tested positive for Covid-19 after she sought medical attention for her cough and abdominal pain and after that her condition worsened which then led to her death on Sunday,11:23 PM. The 92-year-old male patient who also tested positive for Covid-19 also had a chronic disease and was hospitalized on July 7 and died on Monday at 9:13 AM.
