In celebration of International Dog Day on August 26, Mars Petcare invites fur parents to join their ‘Feed A Friend, Fill The Bowl’ program to treat both your own pets and those sheltered ones at the same time.
The PEDIGREE Official Store on Shopee is giving some special offers on August 26 to 28 with discounts from Mars Petcare products up to 35% to 43%. The 10% of the total sales accumulated during the sale will be converted as meals to be donated to shelter pets at PAWSsion Project Foundation Inc.
“At Mars Petcare we believe in making it a better world for pets and that ‘every pet deserves a better world’, and this could not be truer for those who do not have forever homes yet,” said Phua Fui Ching, Mars Petcare Southeast Asia Pet Nutrition D-Commerce Director.
The PAWSsion Project Foundation Inc. was founded in October 2018, a Philippine-based non-profit organization that is dedicated to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need. As of writing, this is the home of over 300 cats and dogs located in Bulacan and Bacolod shelters.
“We hope that as you purchase nutritious meals and treats for your own furry friend, that help can be extended to furry friends in need too,” the director added.
This live event will focus on pet adaptation and the first adopters to successfully adopt a pet from the foundation will receive an exclusive adaptation kit from Mars Petcare.
