The Philippine quarantine classification for August 1 to 31 was announced by Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, in a press briefing via RTVM Wednesday, July 29.
Amid the Delta variant crisis, the increasing number of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases and the busy rollouts of vaccines, have caused those provinces in the Philippines to be relaxed and intensified.
Here are the other quarantine classifications for August:

From August 1 to 31 the city and provinces that weren’t listed above are to observe the Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ).
Two days after the President’s State of the Nation Address, he directed and pleaded with the public to remain vigilant of the Delta variant.
Moreover, individuals and families in Visayas and Mindanao affected by the ECQ lockdown are set to receive cash aid from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), and in support of the initiative are the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), and the Department of National Defense (DND), announced July 25 in a press briefing.
Officials stated that the joint Memorandum Circular No. 2, Series of 2021, will grant an estimate of more than one million affected individuals and families in Iloilo Province; Cagayan de Oro City, and Gingoog City in Misamis Oriental.
Beneficiaries will receive P1,000 cash assistance for each member with a maximum amount of PHP 4,000 per family through the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) of the DSWD.
