The Office of Senator Leila M. de Lima represented by Ferdie J. Maglalang, head of the Media and Communications Unit, turns over three boxes of donations to Fr. Rowen Carlos, C.M., the superior of Vincentian priests at the Ina ng Lupang Pangako Parish in Payatas, Quezon City, for the sewing livelihood program of Solidarity for Orphans and Widows (SOW) of the victims of the extrajudicial killings.

The donations came from members of the Democratic Alliance Movement of the Philippines International (DAMPI) for the mothers and wives of the victims of the government’s war on drugs who were admitted under the SOW program, a community-based rehabilitation program for left-behind families of victims of EJK managed by the Ina ng Lupang Pangako Parish, St. Vincent School of Theology and the De Paul House.
