This year, there is no doubt that the pre-pandemic hype about concerts is back as artists continuously announce their world tours.

Besides securing a ticket and planning an outfit upon attending your favorite artist’s concert, having a checklist of the things you should bring is a must!

1. Portable fan

Whether you are attending a concert where the venue has gloomy weather or not, bringing a portable fan is a must, especially for those who are located in standing areas.

In standing areas during concerts, it is common for people to have a stampede, specifically when the artist comes close to your spot. In this scenario, air ventilation might be limited, and this is when your portable fan comes to the rescue!

Aside from this, this rechargeable fan can help you stay fresh and avoid excessive sweating not only at the concert itself but also when you are queuing in line.

2. Mini emergency kit

Better prepared than sorry! During concerts, people can commonly make excessive movements, especially when they are hyped up by the performance.

These exaggerated movements can lead to minor accidents, and just to be sure, you need to have your own emergency kit to ensure your safety even though first aid booths are available during the concert.

This kit may include medicine for headaches, hand sanitizer, bandages, an inhaler, face masks, and other first-aid medications, depending on your choice.

A gentle reminder: your safety should always be your top priority.

3. Extra comfy shirt or clothes

Yes, concert fits are one of the things that you look forward to about attending concerts, but then again, there is nothing wrong with getting prepared.

If accidents happen during your first fit, at least you have extra clothes to rely on to be comfortable for the rest of the show.

Having an extra piece of clothing can also be used after the concert to make it easier to travel back home with your comfortable clothes.

4. Powerbank

When attending concerts, taking photos and videos is a must for you to remember the moment in the future, and this requires a lot of power on your phone or gadget.

With this in mind, it is very advisable to bring power banks for your phones, noting that most of the concert venues do not lend power outlets for you to recharge your phone.

Make sure that when you choose your power bank, its capacity is enough for you to charge your gadgets before the concert.

5. Diaper (just in case!)

As funny as it may seem, some of the concertgoers are wearing diapers during concerts, and you might want to consider it.

At a previously held concert by international artist Taylor Swift, some of her fans revealed that they wear adult diapers to ditch bathroom breaks so that they can’t miss a performance from the artist.

This was supported by other concert-goers as some may experience special cases such as they need to pee every 30 minutes because of their conditions.

If you are someone who considers wearing adult diapers during the concert, you may do so! There is nothing wrong with being prepared, especially when you are also mandated to have bathroom breaks every now and then.

6. Tickets

Last but not least, are your tickets! Some people are so excited to get into the concert venue that they tend to forget their concert ticket, which can be a hassle.

If you’re preparing your things for the concert, make sure that your ticket is in a safe place in your bag to avoid misplacing it. Also, don’t throw it away afterward, as you may keep it with a frame or place it in your journal to have a memory of it in the future.

Attending a concert is a memorable and fun experience. Cut the hassle on your first or next live tour of your favorite artist by being prepared with your concert items to really enjoy the moment!
