For the past two years, Century Properties has been analyzing the change in Filipinos’ living preferences, which urged them to launch “Century Nuliv,” providing homes accessible to needs and leisure.

During the pandemic, Filipinos have transformed their priorities in their way of living, which includes things that would benefit their health, time, and space.

As a real estate market, Century Properties has taken into account the needs of Filipinos, inspiring them to build a new project called “Century Nuliv,” which includes town villas and high-rise condominiums.

“New standards in living and lifestyle inclinations have developed post-pandemic, and we intend to address these changes in homebuyers’ needs,” Marco Antonio, Century Properties Group president and CEO said.

These properties are set to stand on the borderline between Makati and Mandaluyong, providing the residents with easy access to work and leisure in the city. “We will deliver spaces that can provide easy or direct access to necessities,” real estate executive Monica Trajano added.

Aside from accessibility, the said project also reassures that the property owners and homeowners will have a safe and worry-free experience through their residences as they are continuously partnering with the local government units and Century Properties’ property management platform.

Moreover, possible problems with traffic congestion were also taken into account, considering that the project is located in the middle of a busy city.

“Before we do this, madami kaming ginawang traffic studies. The result of those traffic studies, part of it were action plans that we can take up with partnership with LGUs, so that’s how we want to be cognizant [of] where we build. If we are going to be the ones to cause the traffic, let’s figure out how to help,” Trajano said.

The Century Nuliv project is set to be available for sale soon after complying with regulatory requirements. After the availability of this project to the market, the company disclosed that they are also eyeing to launch fresh concepts outside the Metro such as in San Fernando Pampanga.
