Cebu Pacific chatbot replied “Trulaley Mama! At walang halong eklavuu!” to one of its customers after messaging Cebu Pacific Air’s Facebook messenger to ask for a passenger’s refund.

Filipino Transgender Drag Queen Katkat Dasalla’s screenshot post with Cebu Pacific has gone viral as she never expected to have a funny exchange of conversation with the airline’s automated online bot.

Dasalla messaged the airline on November 7 to follow up on her long-awaited refund from her two canceled flights due to the coronavirus in the country.

As expected that she will only receive an automated response, she dared the chatbot to reply “Trulaley Mama!” and the agent replied the same as she was already on a live chat. The customer was told to wait for her refund after six months.

After the unexpected conversation, Dasalla said goodbye but the agent seemed to be entertaining and replied “Mei asking galore ka pa ba memeng? If wichikels, kayro egyp na si alengkang, push ka lang ditis if may asking ka pa mems. Keep safesung and magi na mag splok!.” agent said.

Dasalla who knew the language well had translated the response: “May itatanong ka pa ba Mama? At king wala na, alis na’ko, punta ka lang ditto kung may itatanong ka pa Mems. Keep sade at wag na magsalita!”

The customer then posted a follow up screen record and captioned, “…sa mga hindi naniniwala nay un talaga ang totoong reply ng CebuPac eto ang video na magpapatunay na witchikelabum boom paw sholagang nyedited tsina ang pic pak boom na yoontsi, trulaley talaga mga mama at walang halong eklavu!”
