Obtaining a business permit in Quezon City is now simpler and more convenient as the city government will deliver the approved application for free.

The city government launched on Tuesday the Automatic Document Delivery System (ADDS) to expedite the sending of permits to the business owners’ addresses, a year after the entire process of business registration was made fully digital.

“Sa pamamagitan ng Automatic Document Delivery System ng Quezon City Business Permits and Licensing Department (BPLD), ang lokal na pamahalaan na ang magpapada ng permit sa business owners nang libre (Through the ADDS system of the BPLD, the city government will directly send the permits to the business owners for free),” the city government’s post on Facebook read.

The new online system is most timely as face-to-face transactions are being kept at a minimum due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The BPLD assures all documents sent to the applicants are complete and secure.
