Heroes rise in the most trying of times—this was proven by the global response to the pandemic that is COVID-19.

To recognize the valiant efforts of these modern-day heroes and rally them in this battle, ABS-CBN launches its music video tribute “Pag-ibig Ang Hihilom Sa Daigdig,” on TV Patrol, April 3.

It illustrates how love propels Filipinos to actions that help overcome any adversity, even one the scale of this massive health crisis.

The music video features touching scenes of health workers and frontliners who tirelessly care for the sick despite the risk to their own health and ordinary citizens who shell out not just money but their time and effort to protect our health workers and the vulnerable.

It also shows officials stepping up to go above their duty, people from all over the world giving words of encouragement, and people turning to prayer and faith in this uncertain time to send out a message of hope that humanity can win against COVID-19.

The song’s lyrics were written by Des Parawan, Robert Labayen, and Lloyd Corpuz, who also headed music production with co-composer Raizo Chabeldin. Its vocals are by Raizo Chabeldin and Biv de Vera. Music video production was headed by Faith Zambrano-Pascual, with lead producer Happy Adiova. Core group producers are Christian Abuel, Des Parawan, Love De Leon, and Nathan Perez. Celina Hidalgo and Karlo Victoriano served as lead editor and lead motion graphics artist, respectively.
