More than 200 members of the San Isidro Labrador Homeowners Association Inc. Phase 1 in Antipolo City received their Transfer Certificates of Title (TCTs) on Wednesday under the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.

In a news release, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) said Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling and Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) President and CEO Federico Laxa led the awarding ceremony, marking the realization of the beneficiaries’ long-held dream of owning the land they have occupied for years.

The title distribution was facilitated through President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s Expanded 4PH Program under the Enhanced Community Mortgage Program.

The ceremony was the second land title distribution held in Antipolo City within two weeks. Last week, around 460 members of the Sitio Sto. Niño de Pasig Homeowners Association also received their individual land titles from the DHSUD and SHFC.

The DHSUD said similar title distribution activities were conducted simultaneously in other parts of the country.

Meanwhile, Supervising Senior Undersecretary Sharon Faith Paquiz tackled about 124 cases involving homebuyers and/or homeowners with pending concerns against their respective developers under the Laguna-based DHSUD-Regional Office 4A.

Several cases were resolved during the activity, with both parties settling their concerns amicably, the DHSUD said. (PNA)
