AG&P’s Industrial division (AG&P) celebrates Labor Day with the successful load out and sail away of its 4 modules consisting of pre-assembled units and pipe racks, weighing a total of 1,334.061 MT, as part of its scope for the Thai Oil Clean Fuel Project.

This project was awarded to AG&P for the expansion and upgrade of the Sriracha Refinery in Thailand. This is the fifth of the seven shipments exported from its 100-hectare facility in Batangas, Philippines. AG&P’s over 900-strong workforce is involved in the 35-module fabrication, assembly, pre-commissioning and sail-away scope.

Alex Gamboa, President, AG&P, Industrial Division, lauded the efforts of its workers in delivering the four modules in addition to the 26 modules. “I salute all of our employees for delivering yet again on our commitment to the highest standards of safety and quality,” Gamboa said.

Last February, the company also exported 7 modules that would increase Sriracha’s refining capacity for high-value fuel products from 275,000 to 400,000 barrels a day that comply with new global fuel quality and emission standards.
