ATTENTION: Japanese Billionaire Yusaku Maezawa is looking for a partner and no, this isn’t your regular guy who promises to “take over the world” with you. Instead, he’ll take you to the moon with him!

The chosen muse will be among the first commercial passengers of Starship. Set to launch in 2023, the spaceship of renowned SpaceX CEO and Tesla Co-Founder & CEO Elon Musk.

She will also be one of the stars of Full Moon Lovers, a matchmaking documentary that will be launched on a Japanese website.

If you’re interested but hesitant to apply, worry not ’cause Maezawa himself confessed that he felt just the same. Until he realized that “a chance like this might not come around again.”

“I’m 44 now. As feelings of loneliness and emptiness slowly begin to surge upon me, there’s one thing that I think about: continuing to love one woman,” he admitted.

“When I got the offer to go on this program, I was first taken over by emotions of embarrassment and pride, and I thought about refusing the offer.

The more I thought about it, however, I started to think a chance like this might not come around again… I want to find a ‘life partner.’ With that future partner of mine, I want to shout our love and world peace from outer space,” he explained.

According to the website, Maezawa is looking for the following:

・Single women aged 20 or over
・Bright personality and always positive
・Interested in going into space and able to participate in the preparation for it
・Want to enjoy life to the fullest
・Be someone who wishes for world peace

Now, a little heads up: Maezawa takes the “interested in going into space…” part seriously. Apparently, the reason he and ex-girlfriend/actress Ayame Goriki called it off is because “he wanted her to go to space with him, but they had different aspirations.”

If you think you have what it takes, check out their website now for more info.

Deadline of entries is until January 17, 2020 at 10 a.m.
