Seven ranking police officials were included in the latest reshuffle ordered by newly-appointed Philippine National Police (PNP) chief, Gen. Archie Gamboa which took effect on January 22, 2020, Wednesday.

In a special order, Gamboa designated Lt. Gen. Camilo Pancratius Cascolan as deputy chief for administration and Lt. Gen. Guillermo Lorenzo Eleazar as deputy chief for operations.

Meanwhile, Police Regional Office (PRO) 12 deputy regional director for administration, Brig. Gen. Rex dela Rosa, was appointed as the deputy regional director for administration of the Police Regional Office 3 (Central Luzon).

Replacing dela Rosa is Col. Bernard Tambaoan.

Other officials designated to new posts were Col. Nickson Muksan as deputy director of the PNP Training Service, Col. Vincent Calanoga, assistant chief of PNP Human Rights Affairs Office (HRAO) and Col. Ferlu Silvio as the foreign liaison division officer of the Directorate for Intelligence.

Gamboa said the latest round of reorganization manifests the continuing reform in the command structure of the 205,000-strong police force under his leadership. (PNA)
