Apart from the performance incentive, loyalty awards amounting to PHP5,000 each were also handed out to 45 CDWs who reached 15 years in service and an additional PHP1,500 for qualified CDWs per five succeeding years, covering their 20th, 25th and 30th continuous service.

“Seven retiree CDWs also received cash incentive award amounting to PHP15,000 each while each local government unit’s (LGU) Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) focal person were given PHP3,000 each,” Deloso said.

During the event, the CDWs and LGU representatives presented their accomplishment reports for the year as well as activities for the welfare and development of children, including capacitating the involvement of the parents.
