In all companies, it’s normal to have a quick evaluation to know the current state of an organization.
Boss-to-employees talk are one of the methods used by companies to get significant information that might help improve the company.
But this kind of Boss-to-employee-like talk gone so far than the usual stuff.
Uber CEO Travis Kalanick is now again on the hot seat after the video of him and an Uber driver name Fawzi Kamel arguing about mileage prices leaked online.
Bloomberg obtained the video and posted it on Youtube that later gained thousands of views and hundreds of reactions.
The argument heated when Kamel (the Uber driver) confronted Kalanick about the mileage prices that gone down.
The dispute got worse when Kamel tells Kalanick that he lost $97,000, and turn out to be bankrupted because of unfair distance pricing.
Kalanick then responded, “Some people don’t like to take responsibility for their own shit. They blame everything in their life on somebody else”.
The video ended with a “Good luck” from Uber CEO before slamming the door.
