Felip Jhon Suson, commonly known as Ken, the SB19’s main dancer, and lead vocalist got the chance to release his first solo debut titled PALAYO on Saturday, September 18.

“Daghang salamat, gihigugma ko kamo tanan,” Suson said to his fans

Palayo track is a slow and smooth R&B music genre, the lyrics were originally written by Ken himself in several languages such as Filipino, English, and Bisaya. This song aims to inspire and encourage those people that it is better to choose oneself than saving a relationship that turned toxic.

Based on the official Facebook fan page of SB19/ A-TIN PHILIPPINES, the Palayo music video is considered as the Most Viewed P-Pop Debut MV on YouTube has garnered 384,000+ views in the first 24 hours since its premiere.

On September 18, Ken expressed gratitude to his co-member Pablo, Josh, Stell, Justin, the A’TIN, and other supporters through Twitter.

“Maraming maraming sa lahat ng taong tumulong para sa success ng MV thank you so muuuch especially A’TIN!” the artist wrote.

“Kayo talaga nag push sakin para gawin ‘to mahalin pa natin mga sarili natin!” he added.

SB19 is a five-member Filipino boy band group that debuted in 2018 and was trained by ShowBT Philippines for three years. They’re known for their hit songs “MAPA” and “What?”
