To create a more convenient and enjoyable commuting experience, the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA), in partnership with Trackmate Business Solutions, is rolling out the very first Philippine Assistance-Railway Display System (PARDS) in LRT-2 trains.
The real-time communication system installed 40 TV display units per train which provide relevant information, updates and news. The system also includes a mobile app that provides real-time updates of train schedules.
LRTA through the Filipino tech innovator, Trackmate Business Solutions, tapped the award-winning content marketing and development agency, PAGEONE Media, as its content provider.
“Currently, our news provider is PageOne.ph, the very popular online social news magazine of PAGEONE Media. PageOne’s stories are very relatable, entertaining and informative which we feel will appeal to LRT-2 passengers “, says Cielo Remorin, Marketing Manager of Trackmate Business Solutions.
On top of PageOne.ph, PageOne Media also publishes Woman.ph, Gizmos.ph, Motoring.ph, Journey.ph, and ShowbizInsider.ph.
PAGEONE Media bagged Agency of the Year during the 52nd Anvil Awards of the Public Relations Society of the Philippines and it won international recognition from Asia Pacific Stevie Awards with 1 Gold and 2 Bronzes to be received in Japan on June 2, 2017.
