Innity Wins Title For Outstanding AE For Digital In The Amaze Awards

The Amaze Awards is an annual event initiated by Omnicom Media Group (OMG) celebrated last November 22, 2018 at The Blue Leaf Pavilion in Taguig as an avenue to honor the continuous partnership with different suppliers who offer business solutions to the company.

Innity Philippines was awarded the title of Outstanding AE for Digital in recognition of their performance to win, grow, and sustain businesses with clientele. The award was given to the person who has shown strong digital background, good client relationship, and can manage the accounts by offering solutions unparalleled by other competitors.

The nominees for this award were Account Executives (AE) and Digital Solutions Managers (DSM) from Innity, Ambient, and GetCraft.

We got a chance to do a quick interview with the awardee Kristel De Ocampo, as she shared her insights on this experience.

1. How did you feel when you found out you and your team won the award?

I am so grateful that we made it this year and became more overwhelmed when our partners from OMG expressed their congratulations and told me that I deserved it. My whole experience was completed when my whole Innity PH family was very proud of the award that we got. Everyone in our company contributed to this success and this made it more fulfilling. I am very thankful and proud that I belong to this wonderful family.

2. Any tips you can offer to aspiring nominees and insights for those in the digital industry?

Set your goals high, and don’t stop until you get there. It is also important to keep a positive attitude while giving value to the team who has been with you from day 1. Being an AE/ DSM is not easy but it’s so fulfilling when you have a good relationship foundation with your partner clients. One of the best practices in the industry is to value your partners’ needs and to give solutions in achieving the set goals.
