Leading global advisory and brokerage firm, Willis Towers Watson (WTW) expands its partnership with premier office building developer, W Group, for renewal of the lease with the latter’s prime office building, W CityCenter. WTW moved its main operations to W CityCenter–located in the fastest-growing business district in the metro, Bonifacio Global City (BGC)–when the company expanded its business operations in the Philippines. WTW now houses over 1,400 of its employees working for its business process outsourcing (BPO), brokering, and consultancy operations.

BGC’s prime location, together with W CityCenter’s excellent building facilities and exceptional management has been a major factor in WTW’s decision to renew its contract with W Group despite the ongoing pandemic. In photos are (from left to right) WTW Facilities Manager Mary Grace Tuppil, WTW President James Matti, W Group Chairman Norman Wee, and W Group CEO Francis Wee.

“The pandemic has only furthered our efforts to maintain the safety and security of our tenants across all fronts. As we continue to strengthen our partnership with our clients, like Willis Towers Watson, we hope to also provide opportunities for growth and allow them to sustain operations efficiently in our properties,” noted Francis Wee.
