Fair and warm weather will prevail Tuesday ahead of the onset of the summer season, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 24-hour weather forecast.
This, as the easterlies continue to affect the eastern portion of the country.
Temperatures will peak at 34 degrees Celsius in Metro Manila and 35 degrees Celsius in Tuguegarao City, the state weather bureau added.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms.
