Amway, the world’s No. 1 direct selling business, marks its 20th year in the Philippines this 2017.

Operating in more than 100 countries and territories, Amway manufactures and distributes more than 450 consumer products which supported by a team of nearly 1,000 Amway scientists, engineers and technical professionals working in 75 R&D and quality assurance labs around the world.

Leni P. Olmedo, Amway Country Manager, talks about the company’s milestones that include launch of new products, Amway E- Spring Water Treatment system that gives pure water by processing tap water, constructions of physical stores throughout the country and increase awareness about organic food consumptions among Filipinos.

According to Ms. Leni P. Olmedo, going digital is an opportunity for direct selling businesses to know more the consumers and be more targeted when it comes to approach.

That’s why Amway recently launched a ‘Kiss Me’ campaign, a youthful digital campaign that resonates with the millennial market. This will be followed by aggressive initiatives that will be rolled out to the market within the year.

When it comes to training their people, Amway has a very robust training calendar. It includes product training, bonus and commission training, advanced Nutrilite certificate courses and beauty certificate courses for free.
