Alveo Land is building on its success in the Makati Central Business District (MCBD) with its latest residential property in a park-facing parcel.
Alveo, AyalaLand Inc.’s upscale brand, recently launched Parkford Suites Legazpi, a 35-storey residential tower with an average launch price of PHP55 million per unit.
Parkford Suites Legazpi will rise on the corner of Gamboa and Salcedo Streets in Legazpi Village.
As a prime residential tower, Parkford Suites Legazpi will only have 163 units with seven residences per typical floor. Units are a careful selection of two- and three-bedroom units, with an average area size of 151 sq.m., larger than usual residential spaces in the city.
