The Anti-Distracted Driving Law or Republic Act No. 10913 will be in full effect starting May 18 which aims to protect drivers from any accidents caused when their ‘line of sight’ is being blocked. Having stated that ‘line of sight’ term, it has caused confusion and discussions about its parameters and limitations.
