The Anti-Distracted Driving Law or Republic Act No. 10913 will be in full effect starting May 18 which aims to protect drivers from any accidents caused when their ‘line of sight’ is being blocked. 1. The Covered Vehicles of Anti-Distracted Driving Law

Keep in mind that this law has no exceptions whether it’s a private or public vehicle. Other forms of transportation such as bicycles, agricultural equipment, construction machines or man-powered and electric-powered carts are included as long as they are driving in public roads.
