LinkedIn, an employment-oriented online service, released the Top Companies list of 2022 as part of the 2nd annual ranking of the best companies that are “offering stability in your ever-changing world of work and workplaces —companies that are not only attracting job seekers but retaining them.”

According to LinkedIn, in putting together this year’s ranking, the company looked at “data across seven pillars, each revealing an important element of career progression including the ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity, and spread of educational backgrounds.”

The resource list is meant to guide professionals at every stage of their careers whether on a career pivot, going back to the work setting after a temporary halt, or investing in new skills.

Here’s the list of top companies that made it into LinkedIn’s 2022 list that are labeled as workplaces on top for future opportunities:

First, on the list of Top 15 companies that help build careers according to the professional working website is Smart Communications followed by Accenture, Shell, Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company (Metrobank), and Emerson.

Completing the ranks are BDO Unibank, Manila Water, Nestle, WPP, Philippine General Hospital, Insular Life Assurance Company Ltd., Robinsons Bank Corporation, San Miguel Corporation, DXC Technology, and Cognizant.

LinkedIn’s list of top companies aims for job seekers to learn which company “helps to invest in their talents and helps people build their careers that will set them up for long-term success.”

Some of the notable benefits and elements top 15 companies offered for their employees are upskilling opportunities, mental health programs especially during the pandemic, and training programs among others.
