Known for his meticulous taste in artist, Simon Cowell has been the judge of many talent competitions such as the American Idol and the British X Factor. He also signed contracts of some of the most famous boy-bands in his times such as Westlife and One Direction. Cowell is also the principal founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.
